Job Description

• Own invoicing process and building/adhering to invoicing schedule
• Invoicing maintenance labor
• Invoicing materials reimbursements
• Credit card management
• Processing other fees
• Management fees
• Software fees
• Leasing fees
• Invoicing and receipting all brokerage activity and preparing commissions ready for payment to brokers
• Maintaining Quickbooks
• Making sure vendors and customers are onboarded/offboarded
• General data maintenance
• Making sure that accounts receivable are collected in time – performing AP and AR Agings
• Supplying Controller with reporting

• Strong skills in data analytics
• Experience is a must
• Financial background and relevant experience
