职位描述

Assist in daily truck dispatching, tracking, and exception handling
Coordinate vehicle availability based on customer order requirements
Monitor driver and vehicle status to ensure delivery timeliness
Support account managers in resolving operational issues and customer feedback
Prepare and submit logistics reports and basic data analysis
Identify, evaluate, and onboard local truck owners and fleet partners
Handle contract negotiation and credential verification of transport vendors
Maintain and manage long-term cooperation with fleet partners
Conduct market research on fleet distribution, pricing, and business models
Assist in formulating regional fleet development strategies and achieving targets

职位要求

College degree or above, preferably in logistics or business administration
Experience in logistics operations or customer service is a plus
Proficient in Excel and other office tools, data-sensitive mindset preferred
Strong attention to detail, team player, and able to work under pressure
Basic English communication skills preferred
Willing to conduct field visits and in-person vendor development
