Job Description / Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales performance by channel, RC, and store, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and share actionable insights with Sales, RCs, PMs, and management.
• Generate monthly sales reports and evaluate promoter performance over rolling three-month periods.
• Distribute weekly store inventory reports with actionable recommendations and support purchase order preparation.
• Manage marketing expense budgets and process reimbursements, including promoter/RC salaries, POP materials, exhibitions, and other marketing-related costs.
