Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the assigned category, aligning with overall company goals and market trends. Identify growth opportunities within the category.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use insights to inform Principals and/or Suppliers on product development and enhancements.
Work closely with Sales teams to effectively market the products’ features and benefits to enhance customer experience through compelling messaging and marketing campaigns.
Plan and implement planograms for showrooms, mock-ups and project presentation. Optimizing in-store displays with prompted signage, category markers, and category usage tips, features and benefits (FAB).
Coordinates with the Procurement and Sales teams for proper managing of inventories and supply planning.
Collaborates with Sales teams and Principals’ representatives to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
Provide training and resources to support Sales teams in effectively promoting and selling the products.
Monitor product performance, client engagement, and analyze data to make informed decisions on product improvements and optimizations.
Communicate product plans, updates, and progress to internal stakeholders and leadership. Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Product Manager or in a related role, preferably in the consumer / construction goods industry.
Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence without direct authority.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decisions.
Familiarity with the Philippines market and consumer preferences is advantageous.
