• Understanding of Design and Estimation
• Permit drawings and documentation preparation (PEZA requirements)
• Possessing the ability to supervise and effectively manage personnel able to work on various site tasks
• Promote awareness of construction standards and best practices
• Provide input and recommendations for project designs
