  • Assist in supervising daily laboratory operations and staff activities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and laboratory standards.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage inventory and order laboratory supplies as needed.
  • Support training and development programs for laboratory personnel.
  • Coordinate workflow to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in quality control and assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate laboratory services.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to laboratory performance.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and new technologies.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with laboratory information systems and software.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
