Your Role:

• The META Ads Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the success of paid social campaigns through expert use of the META Business Manager (FBBM) platform. This role involves strategic budget management, campaign planning, execution, and optimization on META platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

What you will you do:

• Manage and optimize campaigns within the META Business Manager (FBBM) platform, including ad account setup, budget allocation, and reporting.
• Strategically allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and adjust budgets to align with performance objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other META platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Create detailed performance reports to track KPIs and identify trends.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
• Understand client objectives and deliver customized advertising strategies to achieve their goals.
• Stay informed about META platform updates, advertising policies, and digital marketing trends

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, focused on Paid Social Media
• Proficiency in META Business Manager, including Ads Manager and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Amenable to work hybrid set and nightshift schedule
