Design and optimize molding processes for plastic manufacturing.
Conduct feasibility studies and improve production efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products.
Analyze and troubleshoot molding defects and issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Design casting molds based on product specifications and customer requirements.
Create 2D/3D CAD models and detailed technical drawings for mold fabrication.
Revise mold designs based on feedback, testing, and mold trial results.
Conduct feasibility studies, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and participate in mold flow simulations.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in molding and die-casting engineering.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, CATIA; experience with casting simulation applications like MAGMASOFT and ProCAST; knowledge of GD&T and mold structure.
Working Conditions: Office and manufacturing environments; may require some overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication.
