职位描述

  • Responds to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
  • Schedules and prioritizes duties and work assignments on a daily basis
  • Completes basic maintenance tasks on structures and other equipment
  • Observes and inspects equipment to determine if servicing or further action is required
  • Performing routine and emergency maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems. 
  • Repairing and replacing faulty components. 
  • Assisting with the installation and modification of building equipment. 
  • Can start ASAP.
  • To be deployed in Makati City.

职位要求

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Strong understanding of technical blueprints and manuals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
