• Ensure compliance with Technical Operations department to achieve 100% job order completion everyday.
• Perform administrative tasks such as making report including, but not limited to, documenting test results, subscriber information, troubleshoot results, geolocation tagging, and time stamp.
• Perform actual cable lay-out, conduiting, wiring, termination, testing and repair of cable, and other last mile issues and problems of subscriber from tap-off/NAP to client's premises.
• Undergo regular training to upgrade skills and provide feedback to the trainers.
• Be accountable of basic tools and equipment issued to his team including vehicle and equipment cleanliness and operability.
• Provide professional and courtesy interaction with customer including meeting with customer to review issues and concerns, explain the responsibilities of the customer, and providing customer with updates when required.
• Provide field leadership to his team in repair and field activities.
