Job Description

• Work with the other members of the marketing team to conceptualize the contents of all the materials produced by the company.
• Work with the communications specialist to create the contents for all marketing materials needed.
• Produce the marketing materials needed and apply the branding of the company to all the designs that will be created
• Assist in the management of the social media and website of the company.
• Conduct further research to be able to create high-quality contents and layouts for the marketing materials needed. 
• Evaluate the marketing materials produced with the marketing team and make recommendations to improve them
• Prepare marketing reports related to his work to be submitted to the AVP for Marketing monthly.
• Coordinate & supervise all technical concerns during events such as but not limited to; preparing video and/or still image collaterals, documentation, overseeing and assisting tech booth/staff in technical operation including sound, video and set design and purchasing or requesting new equipment and replacing failing equipment as needed (camera, pc, hard drives, etc.)
• Proper filing of marketing collaterals on Marketing drives (layouts, images, videos).
• Make recommendations to the AVP for Marketing for the improvement of the Ad & Marketing materials.
• Performs other functions as may be required by higher authorities
