As a CSR Sales support you will:

• Engage with customers through voice support to resolve concerns, provide guidance, and recommend solutions
• Promote relevant products or services through upselling or soft selling tactics
• Achieve sales and service metrics while delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and team goals in a fast-paced setup
• Maintain professionalism while handling escalations, objections, or complex queries

• At least 6 months of BPO Sales experience (upselling, hard or soft selling)
• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects (72 units for non-grads with multiple courses)
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
• Amenable to 100% onsite work in either Vertis North (QC) or Taguig
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including graveyard shifts and non-fixed weekends off)
• Comfortable in a sales-driven environment
• Must be able to provide Transcript of Records or grades for educational verification
• Open to discussing previous employment history (gaps, short stints, and reason for leaving)
