Access Healthcare is looking for experienced Team Leaders to oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) Claims process for our US Healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing healthcare accounts in a BPO environment, with a strong understanding of AR workflows, denial management, and payer guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise a team of AR Claims Specialists, ensuring high performance and quality.
  • Monitor daily operations related to AR follow-ups, claim status, denials, appeals, and resolution.
  • Ensure team meets performance metrics including productivity, aging, collections, and quality targets.
  • Perform root cause analysis on denials and identify trends for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews regularly.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and action plans.
  • Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory and client requirements.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing US healthcare AR or RCM accounts in a BPO set-up.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end AR processes including billing, follow-up, denial management, and appeals.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using AR tools, EHRs, and payer portals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to work on a night shift and adapt to US time zones.


Preferred:


  • Experience handling multiple US payers or specialties.
  • Knowledge of tools like EPIC
