• Translate written and verbal communications between Chinese and English/Filipino.
• Assist Chinese managers in interpreting during meetings, discussions, and daily operations.
• Translate company memos, notices, and other official documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support management in clarifying instructions, feedback, and reports between Chinese and Filipino employees.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all translated information.
• Provide administrative assistance when needed.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder (Engineering or related courses preferred).
• With or without work experience (1 year or below experience is acceptable).
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and English/Filipino – both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Culturally sensitive and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
