Job Overview:


We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Paid Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including in-platform advertising efforts within e-commerce channels. Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS) and achieving our e-commerce objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others to achieve e-commerce goals.
  • In-Platform Advertising Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns within e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Create compelling ad copy and visuals, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on investment.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates), providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and innovate campaign strategies.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and adhere to industry best practices.

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on in-platform advertising within e-commerce platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and e-commerce platform advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with E-commerce Advertising: Hands-on experience with e-commerce advertising strategies, including product listing ads and dynamic remarketing.
  • Creative Skills: A good eye for design and experience in crafting engaging ad creatives.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
