Payroll Administrator (Temporary/Reliever Contract)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the collection, review, and entry of information from daily allocations sheets into Definitiv system in a timely manner
  • Responsible for clarifying with the site team, matters that are not understood and ensure that allocation sheet information is consistent with the date entry field requirements.
  • Responsible for chasing timesheets and leave forms.
  • Record leaves in system
  • Responsible for onboarding new hires into Definitiv.
  • Monitoring of Daily Timesheet and Payroll Wages mailbox.
  • Assist payroll team with other ad-hoc duties assigned


What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Highly responsive, with the ability to quickly absorb and process information
  • Organized and with keen attention to details
  • Collaborative team player with a people-oriented approach
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
  • Confident, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
