Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Conduct market research and regular customer visits to define product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech Support, Customer Service) to deliver solutions based on market needs.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment across all departments.
• Evaluate and analyze potential partner relationships to support product growth.
• Ensure business unit profitability and sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ Sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
• Proficient in MS Windows and general computer applications
• Strong IT and sales background
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
