Responsibilities

1. Assistant Production Supervisor responsibility is to guarantee that the manufacturing remains smooth and efficient processing by monitoring employees and organizing work flows. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. The goal of their job is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in profitable manner.
2. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
3. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
4. Scheduling and preparing raw materials prior to production.
5. Check production output according to specifications and materials quality.
6. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
7. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
8. Overseeing the manufacturing and shipping processes and procedures in factory production operations
9. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions, and responding to requests.
10. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
11. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
12. Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
13. Other duties may be assigned, within the acquired skills and competency.



Job Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course related to Business Management or Engineering, College Level

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a supervisor or lead role in the manufacturing industry

• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, professionalism and leadership skills.

• Experience in reporting on key production metrics

• Proficient in MS Office

• Outstanding communication ability and conflict-resolution skills

• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

• Strong moral and ethical code.
