Your Role:

• Coordinate project timelines and monitor deliverables using Gantt charts
• Track progress, flag issues, and support day-to-day project execution
• Manage permits and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Liaise between the creative team, production, and clients
• Keep project documentation organized and up-to-date
• Assist in quality checks and safety compliance

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination (construction/events is a plus)
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills
• Good communicator and team collaborator
