  • We are looking for a Smartsheet Specialist to join our team at HR Spectacles' in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time or part-time role will be responsible for building and optimizing our Smartsheet platform, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration across the organization.
  • What you'll be doing
  • Manage and maintain the Smartsheet platform, including creating and updating sheets, dashboards, and reports
  • Provide training and support to employees on Smartsheet usage and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their Smartsheet requirements and implement solutions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency using Smartsheet
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the Smartsheet platform to meet the evolving needs of the business
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting using Smartsheet

职位要求

  • Proven experience in managing and administering the Smartsheet platform
  • Candidates must be process oriented, should be able to create, analyze, or enhance business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support employees
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, with a keen eye for detail
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management, business analysis, or Smartsheet administration
