  • Assist in procurement processes, ensuring timely purchasing of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
  • Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenditures.
  • Support the Purchasing Manager in daily operations.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in procurement software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for some remote work; regular office hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Willing to work at Del Monte Quezon City
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
