Sourcing and Supplier Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, delivery time, and reliability. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth and efficient procurement processes.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and identify areas for improvement.

Procurement Process:

• Receive and process purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor order status and expedite delivery to meet agreed deadlines.
• Verify and approve invoices for payment.
• Ensure that all purchases are in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Purchasing Manager

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• With at least 3 years’ experience in Purchasing, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills, and familiarity with ethical sourcing practices.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
