What You Will Do

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions to exceed expectations.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending suitable candidates, and ensuring successful onboarding.
• Manage high-volume sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent database.
• Maintain workforce stability by ensuring high attendance, low attrition, and provide timely replacements when needed.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to create a reliable and engaged talent pool.

What you will bring 

• Minimum 1 year working experience from HR or Recruitment field.
• Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering or related field [Min CGPA 3.00] 
• Highly motivated with strong ambition, sales-driven, and passionate about recruitment.
• Resilient and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to foster long-term relationships and drive business growth.
• Must possess own transport and be able to travel within Klang Valley.
