Qualifications;

-At least 1 year exp.

-Must have exp handling tech, executive and niche roles

-Must have handled high volume calls/reach outs

-Experience in end to end recruitment

-Amenable to work onsite in Boni, Mandaluyong (near MRT station)

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

-Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments or phone screenings

-Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

-Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

-Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring status

-Support job posting creation and posting on relevant platforms

-Assist with offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation

-Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations

-Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics as required
