  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experience.
  • Manage budgets, revenue, and inventory control.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with chefs to develop menu offerings.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Team player with strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in inventory management and quality control.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with long shifts, including weekends and holidays.
