Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales setting (required)
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
• Comfortable engaging with customers via social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
• Experience with online retail or live selling is a plus
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible or rotating shifts
• Willingness to cover shifts or travel to other store locations if necessary
• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm
• Recommend suitable products by identifying customer needs and offering detailed product insights
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain clean, organized product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by using effective sales techniques
• Participate in store promotions and help with content for social media campaigns
• Offer exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Prepare and submit sales reports on a daily and weekly basis
• Collaborate with store leadership on operational tasks and performance goals
• Mentor and assist new team members to support a cooperative team environment
