职位描述

  • Provide administrative support to Aftersales, Service & Rental (ASR) to meet ASR KPIs.
  • Generate and update Work Orders in the Service Management System (SMS).
  • Maintain all Service & Aftermarket Manuals (hard copies and cloud).
  • Assist in updating all Service & Diagnostic Software.
  • Receive Work Order requests from internal and external customers.
  • Prepare weekly status of Work Orders and monthly ASR KPI reports.
  • Prepare monthly ROP report and annual OPEX.
  • Handle manning and DTR summary for Rental Project employees.
  • Prepare PDIs for all new machines and input into SMS.
  • Follow up and prepare warranty claims.
  • Canvass for materials and services purchased locally.
  • Prepare purchase requests for service, aftermarket, and rental requirements.
  • Manage the renewal of insurance for rental assets.
  • Prepare ROP replenishments for spare parts, tires, and batteries.
  • Maintain service reports, rental contracts, rental insurance, and all ASR files.
  • Assist Sales & Business Development personnel in HR and admin functions.
  • Coordinate with Rental Project Technicians on-site concerns.
  • Monitor warranty expiry of commissioned units and prepare notices.
  • Prepare service quotations and service contract proposals.

职位要求

  • Graduate of BS Engineering (Computer, Electronics & Communications, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
  • Preferred residence: Davao City.
  • Above-average English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and skilled in CRM software, product presentations, negotiation, and formal presentations.
  • Driving skills with a driver’s license is preferred but not required.
