About the Role


We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role will focus on data entry, document management, and process coordination, allowing the sales team to focus on strategic initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain sales data in CRM and Google Sheets.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Track and update lead statuses, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in coordinating sales processes, such as endorsements and interview scheduling.
  • Support ongoing sales projects by handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to review and organize sales data for reporting and insights.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies.



Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in sales administration or a related role.
  • Strong data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
