职位描述

A Sales Coordinator for Farm Machineries and Farming Tools is responsible for promoting and selling agricultural equipment and tools to farmers and agricultural businesses. This role involves building relationships with customers, demonstrating product features, negotiating sales, and providing after-sales support. The goal is to increase sales volume and market share within a specific territory.


Sales and Promotion:

  • Identify and target potential customers, including farmers, agricultural businesses, and cooperatives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of farm machinery and tools.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify potential future needs.


Market Knowledge and Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the agricultural machinery and tools market.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and product performance.


Sales Administration:

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth sales operations.


Promotional Activities:

  • Participate in agricultural trade shows, exhibitions, and field days to promote products and engage with potential customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
