Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Set individual and team sales objectives, and monitor performance through KPIs.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
Analyze sales data and market trends to improve strategies.
Ensure the team provides excellent customer service and maintains a strong brand reputation.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
At least 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
