  • Develop and execute effective outbound sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective B2C customers, generate leads, and convert them into paying clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services/products with confidence.
  • Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and close sales independently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools (Salesforce/others).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Deliver excellent post-sales customer support and ensure high client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven outbound B2C sales experience (insurance, mortgage, real estate, telecom, home services, or similar).
  • Strong track record in closing deals (not just appointment setting).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejections.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
