职位描述

  • Provide support to sales teams, assist customers, address technical queries, and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team and clients.
  • Assist in product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to product specifications and usage.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
