职位描述
- Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during the shift.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.
- Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the shift.
- Handle cash, process transactions, and perform end-of-shift financial reporting.
- Coordinate with kitchen, floor, or inventory staff to ensure service flow.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees.
- Communicate shift updates to management and escalate issues when needed.
职位要求
- College Level | At least 2 years complete
- At least 1 years experience as Shift Manager/ Assistant Manager in Casual/ Fine Dining
- Has strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge in: P&L, Food Costing, Labor Costing, Food Safety, Quality in general, FOH & BOH management, Team Management, Sales Oriented.
