Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of sites, including monitoring progress, quality control, and safety protocols
Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless project delivery
Conduct site inspections, identify and address potential problems, and recommend solutions
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress, expenses, and compliance
Provide technical support and guidance to the workers ensuring they follow best practices and adhere to safety standards

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
Experience in Property maintenance, building systems or construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Can perform cost estimation and create bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects
Proficient in using Autocad software
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferably can drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles with valid drivers license
