Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Work Shift: Night Shift (PHT 12NN – 9AM, including 1-hour rest; no operations on US Saturdays and Sundays)

Salary: PHP 40,000 – 50,000 per month (total compensation depending on performance) + incentives and benefits

About the Role

As a member of the Sales Team, you will have complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys daily challenges, is customer-obsessed, has strong communication skills, can work resourcefully under pressure, and solves problems quickly and analytically.

You will help acquire new accounts for US clients and contribute to a company that provides recruiting services for Healthcare and Social Assistance workers and employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.
• Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads.
• Collect client information necessary for job creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Arts, or related field preferred.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Industry knowledge and experience desirable.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• People management skills and attention to detail.
• Above average communication skills.
• Experience in B2B sales / SaaS is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and sales skills.
