Taking a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
Hands-on video shooting and editing mainly for TikTok video ads and Instagram reels branding.
Reviewing the shooting script and raw materials to create a shot decision list based on the scene's value and contribution to continuity.
Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage.
Collaborate with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.

Bachelor's degree.
Proven minimum 1 year of work experience as a Video Editor.
Have an understanding of TikTok and its algorithm.
Having experience in editing footage with beauty products for TikTok.
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages, especially CapCut.
KPI-leading type candidate
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with color grading and camera setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creative mind and storytelling skills.
Able to join immediately and can follow WFO policy.
Willing to be assigned in Poblacion, Makati
