Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Shooting

  • Collaborate with creative leads to interpret briefs and translate them into shot lists and storyboards.
  • Handle camera operations, lens selection, lighting setups, and audio capture for both studio and on-location shoots.
  • Ensure proper preparation, organization, and maintenance of video equipment.


Post-Production

  • Edit raw footage into polished outputs, including cutting, color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
  • Deliver optimized video formats for multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, websites, etc.).
  • Apply AI tools for video enhancement, motion graphics, and creative experimentation.
  • Maintain an organized archive of raw and edited files.


Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Accounts teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals.
  • Support the preparation of pitch reels, demo videos, and internal creative projects.
  • Share visual ideas and production suggestions during brainstorming sessions.


Process & Growth

  • Stay updated on trends in video production, AI-driven editing, and digital storytelling.


WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1–2 years of progressive experience in roles such as Videographer, Video Editor, or Camera Operator—ideally within an advertising agency, digital marketing company, or creative studio.
  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end video production: from pre-production planning and shooting to editing and post-production delivery.
  • Experience producing a range of video outputs such as brand films, social media ads, corporate AVPs, product demos, and promotional reels.
  • Skilled in camera operations (DSLR/mirrorless), lens usage, lighting setups, and framing techniques for both studio and on-location shoots.
  • Familiarity with video optimization across different platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, website embeds).
  • Experience working in hybrid or digital-first creative teams is preferred.


REQUIRED

  • A well-curated portfolio that includes a strong showreel of edited video content—demonstrating camera work, post-production expertise, and creative storytelling that supports brand marketing goals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder; with working knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to translate storyboards or scripts into dynamic, high-quality video outputs.
  • Keen attention to visual detail and storytelling flow.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and flexible in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with creatives, strategists, and accounts.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot production challenges on the fly.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for creative workflows (e.g., Adobe Sensei features, ElevenLabs, Runway, Topaz, ChatGPT prompting for script support)
