  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Develop attractive product displays, manage inventory, collaborate with team members, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align displays with promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales data to optimize product placement.
  • Maintain visual standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative merchandising techniques.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, teamwork, merchandising, customer management, inventory management, analytical skills, sales training, and presentation skills.
  • Working Conditions: Retail environment with fast-paced tasks and potential evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
