Job Purpose

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to customers while supporting daily outlet operations. This role ensures customer satisfaction, maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, and contributes to smooth front-of-house operations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Order Handling

  • Greet customers courteously and assist with menu recommendations.
  • Take customer orders accurately via POS system and process payments (cash, card, QR).
  • Serve food and beverages promptly according to KyoChon service standards.
  • Manage dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders efficiently.
  • Handle basic customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when required.


2. Outlet Operations (Front-of-House)

  • Ensure cleanliness of dining area, counters, trays, and service stations at all times.
  • Refill condiments, utensils, packaging, and beverages as needed.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures, including cashier balancing (if assigned).


3. Food Safety, Hygiene & Brand Standards

  • Comply strictly with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness SOPs.
  • Ensure proper food handling and presentation according to KyoChon guidelines.
  • Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards at all times.
  • Adhere to halal, safety, and health regulations (where applicable).


4. Teamwork & Support

  • Coordinate closely with kitchen crew to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in peak-hour operations to ensure fast service turnaround time.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school education (SPM or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
