Waiter/Waitress provides excellent customer service, taking orders, serving beverages and food, and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing transactions, and working collaboratively with the team.

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to club to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Presenting bills, accepting payment and operating point-of-sales machines and cash registers.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Offer recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions, and the club’s signature dishes.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer any questions confidently.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and enthusiasm to encourage upselling opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, bartending preferably in a hospitality organization.
• Additional certifications or training in hospitality management or food service is a plus
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays.
• Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Proficiency in the English and Mandarin language is necessary.
