  • High school diploma or GED (preferred but not always required)
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience (1–2 years preferred for mid-level roles)
  • Experience using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is a plus
  • Basic computer skills (for inventory systems)
