- Oversee daily warehouse operations and team performance.
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff for optimal productivity.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving logistics effectively.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and efficiency.
