Possesses strong leadership and team-coordination skills, capable of

effectively organizing the daily workflow of the store and ensuring all staff

clearly understand their responsibilities and assigned tasks. Closely monitors

employees’ work efficiency and performance, providing timely constructive

feedback and guidance to enhance both individual and overall team performance.

Ensures all operational tasks are executed efficiently and contributes

positively to the store’s profitability. Supports smooth daily store operations

to meet operational needs and customer expectations.

• Interacts with customers in a professional manner and provides high-quality sales service.
• Understands customer needs and offers appropriate recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for receiving goods and handling inventory (including
• situations where suppliers deliver goods without a purchase order). Handles
• unloading and inspection of goods, and verifies them against delivery notes or
• purchase orders. Ensures all receiving documents are accurate, goods are
• processed properly, and company procedures are followed. Performs other related
• tasks assigned by superiors.

负责货物接收与库存处理工作 (包括供应商送货但未有采购单的情况)。负责卸货、检查货物内容, 并与送货单或采购单进行核对。确保所有收货文件准确无误, 货物处理方式正确, 并遵守公司流程。执行上级交办的其他相关任务。
