We are seeking a experienced Backend Java Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a focus on building high performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems. This role is particularly suited for individuals with experience in designing system architectures in Web3 or financial payment systems, and will involve solving complex technical challenges, ensuring system performance and stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement business modules and core frameworks in Java Identify and resolve technical issues in Java backend systems to ensure optimal performance and stability.

2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the rationality of system architecture and safeguard project quality and progress.

3.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

4.Continuously improve and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:

1.5 years+ of Java development experience

2.Familiar with technology frameworks such as Spring and MyBatis, as well as common NoSQL technologies.

3.Experience with mainstream development frameworks and common distributed system

components, including caching and messaging mechanisms.

4.Familiar with Ethereum, TRON or other mainstream public chain architectures. Skilled in using Web3j and smart contracts (Solidity) for interaction (transfers, authorizations, audits).

5.Understand signature algorithms, private key management, HD wallets (BIP32/44/39). Have

experience in handling high concurrency (such as position management, liquidation engines,

fund transactions).

6.Familiar with cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal processes, blockchain browser APIs and exchange contract transaction logic.

7.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions to complex technical issues.

Bonus Points:

1.Familiar with AI-driven engineering practices, deeply integrating tools such as Copilot/Cursor into the workflow, leveraging AI to assist in code refactoring, automated testing, and complex logic decomposition, achieving a significant increase in development efficiency.

2.Those with experience in AI application development (LLM, LangChain) are preferred.
