  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in preparation of documents and reports.
  • Handle filing and organizational tasks.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
  • Support team members with various tasks as needed.

職位要求

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related four-year course (vocational graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • With background in general administrative work such as answering calls, scheduling, encoding, filing, scanning, photocopying, and other clerical duties
  • Able to assist in basic procurement work — canvassing market prices, communicating with suppliers, and processing purchase transactions
  • Trustworthy and dependable in handling petty cash and office financial transactions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Flexible and can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced small office environment
  • Willing to multitask and collaborate with team members to accomplish other office-related tasks as needed
