The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the air conditioning service department. This role ensures efficient scheduling, quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and technical standards. The Service Manager will supervise technicians, coordinate maintenance and repair activities, manage service contracts, and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence in air conditioning solutions.

• Plan, direct, and oversee air conditioning service operations to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate service technicians, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Schedule and assign maintenance, installation, and repair jobs, ensuring efficient use of manpower and resources.
• Monitor service performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Manage service contracts, warranty claims, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams for equipment, spare parts, and materials needed for service work.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, occupational health and safety guidelines, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and performance metrics.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses for the service department.

• Applicants must have a DOMRAC Certification and NC2/NC3 Holder.
• Have substantial knowledge and site exposure to various airconditioning, as well as ventilation systems.
