Job Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the operation and maintenance of the company’s business release platform and foundational infrastructure. 2. Manage project environment configuration, deployment, and monitoring; build and maintain the company’s CI/CD toolchain, including production and test environment alerting, automated deployment, and auto-scaling. 3. Deeply understand the data platform architecture, identify and resolve major incidents and performance bottlenecks, and deliver a world-class data platform. 4. Stay current with operations technologies, including automation tools, cloud servers, virtualization, monitoring, and containerization. 5. Coordinate across development, QA, and operations teams to advance DevOps practices and enhance the reliability of online products. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on operations experience with a deep understanding of Linux; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. 2. Expert in Tomcat, Nginx, LVS, Jenkins, Rundeck, etc., and capable of designing a comprehensive automated application integration and deployment solution. 3. Solid grasp of TCP/IP fundamentals and networking principles, with the ability to troubleshoot and rapidly resolve common network issues. 4. Proficient in NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL), including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and incident resolution. 5. Skilled in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and monitoring platforms (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus); experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher implementation and operations is a plus.
