Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Drink Preparation: Expertly preparing various types of coffee and non-coffee beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Tailoring coffee orders to meet specific customer requests.
2. Customer Service: Providing friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
3. Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
4. Quality Assurance: Upholding high standards of quality.
5. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintaining cleanliness and organization. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
6. Inventory Management: Assisting with receiving, storing, and rotating stock as necessary.
7. Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other team members, including fellow baristas, kitchen staff, and management.
8. Upselling and Promotion: Recommending additional menu items, such as pastries, snacks, or merchandise.
9. Continuous Learning: Staying informed about coffee industry trends, new brewing techniques, and specialty coffee varieties. Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve coffee knowledge and skills.
