Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily barbershop operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor and maintain high standards of haircutting, grooming, and customer service
• Schedule barbers and staff to ensure proper coverage during operating hours
• Train, coach, and evaluate barbers on skills, hygiene, and customer handling
• Ensure shop cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Handle customer concerns, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Monitor sales, services rendered, and daily cash/transaction reports
• Assist in inventory control of tools, products, and supplies
• Enforce company policies, grooming standards, and workplace discipline
• Support promotions, upselling of grooming products, and customer retention programs

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a barber or supervisory role in grooming or salon industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of haircutting techniques, grooming services, and hygiene standards
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory management
