What You'll Do

As a Brand Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's exposure to customers and potential business partners. You'll be at the forefront of conceptualising, implementing, monitoring, and ensuring alignment of advertising and promotional activities with the overall company image. Your ability to coordinate with various stakeholders within the company will be crucial in understanding the business environment, formulating strategies, and creating campaigns that support these strategies. Your expertise in media management will play a key role in maximising media budgets by choosing appropriate channels based on product and market profiles. Furthermore, your knack for developing product-specific marketing strategies will contribute significantly to our client's success.

  • Coordinate with company general managers to understand the business environment and help formulate business strategies.
  • Work with media buying agencies to maximise the allocated media budget by choosing appropriate media channels based on product and market profile.
  • Conceptualise and develop product-specific marketing strategies and programs.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of promotion and advertising campaigns periodically.
  • Conduct regular market monitoring for competitive movements and provide recommendations on how to address such movements.
  • Guide the department in the development and implementation of marketing plans and programs.
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns by gathering statistical and financial data.
  • Monitor project implementation and effectiveness of all projects assigned.
  • Provide upfront leadership in supervising all direct and indirect reports.
